Cancellation Policy

Piano Lesson Policy Lesson Durations: about 60 minutes per session. Lessons will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability between the student and the instructor through the online booking tool. Cancellation Policy: up to 7 days before the first scheduled lesson without incurring any penalties. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the first scheduled lesson, a penalty will be applied. Penalty:The penalty for cancelling the package less than 7 days before the first scheduled lesson is equivalent to 50% of the individual lesson price. This penalty is intended to compensate for the reserved time slot and to cover administrative costs. Refunds: If you cancel within the specified timeframe, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance of the package minus the penalty fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled within the validity period of the package, subject to availability. Any changes to the lesson schedule must be communicated at least 4 days in advance to avoid penalties.
