Cancellation Policy
Piano Lesson Policy Lesson Durations: 60-90 minutes per session, depending on the booked service. Lessons will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability between the student and the instructor through the online booking tool. Cancellation Policy: This policy is crucial as it allows us to manage our schedule effectively. You can cancel up to 7 days before the first scheduled lesson without incurring any penalties. However, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the first scheduled lesson, a penalty will be applied. Penalty: The penalty for canceling the package less than 7 days before the first scheduled lesson equals 50% of the individual lesson price. This penalty is intended to compensate for the reserved time slot and to cover administrative costs. Refunds: If you cancel within the specified timeframe, a refund will be issued for the remaining package balance if it occurs, minus the penalty fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled within the package's validity period, subject to availability. To avoid penalties, any changes to the lesson schedule must be communicated at least four days in advance.
